A respected regional healthcare system in central New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician Assistant to join a collaborative and growing outpatient practice. Position Overview

The Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive adult primary care services to patients aged 16 and older, with the majority being 18+ years of age. You will join an established team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Practice Highlights

• Outpatient primary care setting
• Patient population ages 16+, primarily adults
• Average of 16 patients per day
• Schedule consists of:
  • Four 8-hour clinic days per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • 8 hours of administrative time weekly, which may be completed remotely
• Established team currently includes 3 primary care providers, 3 nurses, and 1 medical assistant with the plan to expand to a total of 5 providers
• Two behavioral health providers see patients in the clinic weekly, providing integrated care support
• EMR: Meditech
• AI-assisted documentation technology available to streamline charting and improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adolescent and adult patients
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Promote preventive health and wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, behavioral health providers, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system

Qualifications Required

• NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant with current licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire
• Minimum of 2 years of Physician Assistant experience in a primary care setting
