Harbor Health in Boston, MA is a Federally Qualified Health Center that serves more than 34,000 patients a year. To serve their patient population and meet their mission, this health center is always seeking to be properly staffed with physicians to meet that need. Their challenge is identifying candidates who are mission-driven, have a desire to serve in a community health setting, and treat the underserved.

Solution

Harbor Health was seeking an organization with experience recruiting for community health centers (FQHC) in the Northeast and identifying candidates with ties to the region. Over the past few years, Enterprise has been able to partner with them on several of their difficult to fill, high level positions.
