• Flexible 3- to 5-day workweek
• 100% outpatient practice
• Average 18-22 patients per day (capped at 25)
• Two dedicated Medical Assistants for provider support
• Established patient panel with immediate volume

Compensation & Benefits

• 3-year guaranteed salary of $305,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $150,000 commencement bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package including:
