A well-established, physician-led multi-specialty group in Central Illinois is seeking a Med/Peds physician to join its growing outpatient practice. Practice Highlights

• Join an established 18-physician, multi-specialty group
• Flexible 0.6-1.0 FTE options available
• 100% outpatient practice
• No nights or weekend clinic hours
• Tele-nurse service triages all call
• Average 18-22 patients per day
• Established patient panel with immediate productivity

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn $300,000+ ($295,000 base salary + 5% quality incentive + production bonuses)
• Up to $150,000 in student loan repayment
