A physician-owned and independent multi-specialty group in southeast Massachusetts is adding a day shift Hospitalist.

About the opportunity:

• Full-time day shift with 7 on/ 7 off block schedule
• 12-hour shifts
• No procedures
• Our medical group admits patients to two community hospitals, one with 350 beds and the other with 185 beds.
• ICU admissions by the Hospitalists are rare, with no invasive procedures, intubations, or ICU management required. 
• For those Hospitalists who desire, opportunities may exist for additional shifts.
• Significant emphasis is placed on patient satisfaction, teamwork, and efficient care.
• The hospitalist team is well-trained, supportive, and collegial.
• Malpractice, health insurance, a 401 (k) retirement plan, moving expenses, performance bonuses, and a CME allowance are included.
