Become the next Hospital Medicine Physician in Mason City, Iowa

Enterprise Medical is scheduling interviews for part-time and full-time hospitalists at a reputable teaching hospital.

About the Team:

• A cohesive group of 8 physicians working alongside highly trained specialists across the continuum of specialties
• The majority of shifts are DAYS ONLY (team members rotate night shifts with the opportunity to proctor residents)
• Closed ICU with NO procedures
• Model allows for flexible scheduling, working 12-hour shifts (part-time physicians are benefit eligible with 7 shifts per month)
• Generous compensation with base salary and RVU bonus plan – earn up to 370K plus a full complement of benefits, including relocation and signing bonus
