• Headquartered in Orlando, but this need is in the Ormond Beach office
• Practice is strictly outpatient with normal Monday – Friday work hours
• Leading base compensation with quarterly bonuses
• Benefits package (malpractice, health, 4 weeks vacation/CME, $3,000 CME, 401-K, etc.)
