A well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) in Northern New Hampshire is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with 3+ years of experience as a provider to join its dedicated clinical team. This non-profit organization has been serving families across more than 26 towns since 1975, providing integrated, patient-centered healthcare to over 10,000 individuals in the region.

Position Overview
The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality primary care as part of a collaborative team of MD/DOs, APRNs, behavioral health specialists, and support staff. The role includes:
- 80% clinical care (face-to-face patient visits)
- 20% administrative time
- Average patient volume: ~2 patients per hour
- No weekends, no evenings, no on-call responsibilities
- Work schedule is flexible and may be full-time or part-time. Providers may adjust start/end times based on patient needs.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $114,000–$120,000 annually (based on 40 hours/week and experience)
Sign-on and Relocation assistance negotiable
CME allowance: $1,500 annually
License renewal & DEA fees covered
Malpractice coverage is included under the Federal PHS deemed status
Clinical Environment
- Team Composition:
- 1 PA
- 9 MD/DO
- 1 Pediatrician (MD)
- 7 APRNs
- 3 Psychiatric APRNs
- 2 LCMHC
- 3 LICSW
- EMR: AthenaPractice (transitioning to AthenaOne in September 2026)
Requirements
- Family Nurse Practitioner Certification
- 3+ years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in a Family Medicine setting seeing all ages
