Group currently has 12 family medicine physicians, 4 Nurse Practitioners, and 7 Physician Assistants in 4 locations in the Eugene, Oregon suburbs. Due to community growth and demand, the group is adding an additional Internal Medicine physician.

About the opportunity

• Join the largest primary care private practice in the county
• Work a 4-day workweek and see 18 to 20 patients per day
• Strictly outpatient practice
• Embedded Behavioral Health and Clinical Pharmacy
• Patient-centered medical home setting

Compensation Package

The position offers a salary based upon MGMA guidelines, an incentive plan, a benefits package, and a 2-year partnership track. Shareholders making between $300,000 and $500,000+ per year.
