Neal Fenster, the current president of Enterprise Medical Recruiting started with the company in 1990 before purchasing it three years later and turning it into an industry-leading medical recruitment and consulting firm.

The National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) is an organization that aims to promote high standards for the medical recruitment industry. Their mission statement is:

“It is the purpose of the National Association of Physician Recruiters to maintain industry leadership by promoting excellence, ethical standards, innovation and a spirit of cooperation in the delivery of services to the health care industry.”

Through a strict but practical code of ethics, NAPR can help ensure the practices are fair and honest, and also help ensure there is a system of checks and balances to keep standards high and hold professionals accountable for their actions.
