Dear Friends and Colleagues,
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is incredibly proud to be associated with medical communities at the forefront of this crisis across the nation. We’re dedicated to helping you get the right resources in the right place at the right time.
With that in mind, we believe the best way our company can contribute during the COVID-19 crisis is to enable our clients to keep their recruitment and interview processes on track and uninterrupted.
Here are the three steps we are taking:
1. We recognize your needs may have changed during this crisis. While some searches may be on hold, others may have become more critical for you to fill. We are asking our clients to let us know their most pressing specialty needs so we can make them top priority. Please email any critical needs to nfenster@enterprisemed.com.
2. We’re making it easy for our clients to switch to virtual interviews for out-of-town candidates. Even if you’ve never used online, face-to-face communication tools like Skype, Zoom, or others, our Consultants can walk you through the process step by step. It’s an easy skill to master and one you’ll find helpful again and again in coming weeks—for many purposes.
3. If you are a hospital, medical center, or practice that is eager to fill a position, your Enterprise Medical consultant will partner with you on ways to “digitally” present your facilities—and your community—in a way that prioritizes what’s most important to your potential candidates and helps you make the most of each interview. We can assist in scheduling and coordinating virtual interviews with your administration, key medical personnel, practice leaders, etc. to ensure things run smoothly.
