A well-established private practice in Hammond, Louisiana, is seeking an Internal Medicine physician for a long-term partnership opportunity. This role offers a balanced outpatient/inpatient model, strong hospital support, and a clear path to ownership.

Highlights:

• $300,000 guaranteed base salary (hospital-backed)
• 4-day clinic workweek
• Outpatient/Inpatient mix (~70/30)
• 20–23 clinic patients/day
• Student loan assistance, relocation, CME, malpractice
• Partnership/buy-in as early as 6 months (owner financing available)

Requirements:

• Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Comfortable with inpatient & outpatient care
• Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital
• Long-term commitment (5 years)
