Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a leading academic medical center just north of Boston in seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its highly regarded and expanding Neurocritical Care program. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment that cares for complex neurological and neurosurgical patients.
Position Highlights
- Join a dedicated team of 5 Neurointensivists and 10 Advanced Practice Providers
- Practice in a 9-bed Neurosciences Critical Care Unit, expanding to 12 beds within the next year
- Primary critical care role managing adult patients with severe neurological and neurosurgical conditions
- Collaborative, team-based model with strong attending support
- Perform procedures, including arterial lines, central lines, and lumbar punctures
- No prior Neurocritical Care experience required; critical care experience preferred
- Strong emphasis on teaching, quality improvement, and professional growth
Responsibilities
- Perform patient histories and physical examinations
- Develop and implement diagnostic and treatment plans
- Interpret laboratory data, imaging, and physiologic monitoring
- Communicate effectively with patients and families
- Work semi-autonomously while collaborating closely with Neurointensivists

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $133,120 – $215,000
- Compensation based on experience, training, certifications, and role responsibilities
