A well-established private primary care practice with over 15 years of service and multiple locations across Long Island and Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its team at their Brooklyn office. This is an outpatient Internal Medicine position offering both full-time and part-time options, with flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only, no call schedule
• See 15-20 patients per day (sometimes fewer)
• Mix of scheduled and walk-in patients
• Clinic hours: Monday through Sunday
• EMR systems: MDLand & Tebra

Compensation & Schedule:

• $69-$79 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time or part-time options available

Qualifications:

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) certification required
• Active New York license (or license in progress)
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Comfortable working independently in a primary care setting
