Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a nonprofit health system in Duluth, Minnesota, with the recruitment of an Anesthesiologist to join its highly collaborative anesthesia team. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a Level II Trauma Center alongside an experienced team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs. With a $600,000 annual salary, 12 weeks of vacation, and a 1:11 call rotation, this position offers an exceptional combination of compensation, clinical variety, and work-life balance.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time Anesthesiology position

• Weeknight call rotation from 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM (1:11)
• Highly collaborative and flexible anesthesia team
• Level II Trauma Center
• Diverse case mix including ambulatory procedures, orthopedics, urology, vascular surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, ENT, healthy pediatrics, and open-heart surgery
• No transplant cases
• Perform epidurals, nerve blocks, and central line placements
• Collaborative care model with CRNAs, including approximately 80% CRNA oversight and team-based care and 20% independent practice
• Work alongside a highly skilled preoperative team
