An independent, non-profit, community-based hospital, designated as a Critical Access Hospital in central Maine, is adding a Family Medicine with Obstetrics Physician. The hospital serves a broad rural region of Somerset County and provides 24/7 emergency services, inpatient and outpatient care, and a network of specialty and primary care physicians close to home.

About the opportunity:

• Outpatient FP with Obstetrics
• OB, Peds, GYN (colposcopies & LEEP procedures), geriatrics
• This is a 5-provider practice
• Call 1:7
• The office is located in a Medical Office Building attached to the hospital

Compensation/ Benefits:

• Employed position with a robust salary plus full benefits
• Loan reimbursement and relocation assistance are available
• 7 weeks PTO, including vacation, sick, holiday, CME
• $4000/year CME funds

Community/ Location:

• Located in central Maine, in a town of 8000 people
• One hour from Bangor and just 90 minutes to Portland
• 3 hours to Boston or Quebec, Canada
