This is an opportunity for general Gastroenterologists to join a well-capitalized organization focused on clinical excellence, long-term growth, and physician ownership. The group is seeking a founding physician to help build and lead the practice.

Practice Highlights

• 50% clinic and 50% procedures
• No call responsibilities
• Primarily bread-and-butter Gastroenterology; advanced procedures are not required
• New ambulatory surgery center planned for Flower Mound, Texas, with a targeted completion in late 2027
• Opportunity to help establish and grow a new practice in the Dallas market

Founding Physician Opportunity

• Seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist with approximately 10 years of experience and a strong business background
• Clinical responsibilities combined with administrative and practice-building leadership
• Opportunity to help shape the group's strategic direction and future growth
• Potential 2–3% equity ownership in the group
• 570K year 1 package! Guarantee increase in year 2
