Join a well-established and successful Primary Care practice located in scenic central Vermont, approximately one hour from Montpelier and within easy reach of the Green Mountains. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to become part of a collaborative, patient-centered team serving a rural community.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient Primary Care practice
• Collaborative, team-based care model
• Average patient volume of approximately 16-18 patients per day
• Dedicated administrative time included based on FTE status
• Standard clinic hours are generally Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Potential flexibility for a 4-day, 10-hour schedule based on clinic needs
• Occasional Saturday clinic coverage may be required, with the option of receiving a compensatory day off or additional pay
• Utilizes Meditech EMR

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner certification and licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Vermont
• 2+ years of clinical experience
