We are seeking an Otolaryngologist to join a thriving, patient-centered, independently owned community healthcare system in Missouri.

Practice Details:

• Walk into a ready-made practice, no need for ramp-up time 
• Convenience – ENT clinic located above the surgery center and across from the hospital
• 6 outpatient surgery suites 
• Solid referral base with over 100 employed physicians
• High earnings – Most physicians are making in the 90% of MGMA

Financial Package:

• $525,000 starting salary with additional RVU bonus 
• $50,000 Signing Bonus
