One of the largest healthcare systems in Connecticut is adding a nocturnist in our western Connecticut location. It’s one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the state, with more than 6000 Physicians and 500 locations.

About the Opportunity:

• 109-bed, general acute care community hospital that serves as a regional health care resource for 100,000 residents of Litchfield County and Northwest Connecticut.
• EPIC EMR
• Night shifts with block schedule
• 12-hour shifts
• Closed ICU. No procedures
• High base salary with wRVU incentives

Community/Location:

• Located 30 miles west of Hartford and 2 hours from New York City
• Small city with a population of 35,000 people
• This community is known for its scenic views of the Litchfield Hills and its picturesque downtown area.
• There are numerous attractions such as Warner Theater, an outdoor amphitheater, art galleries, and a variety of restaurants
• The city offers plenty of recreational activities, including hiking trails, biking paths, fishing spots, and golf courses.
