A community hospital and regional acute care facility with 137 beds in New Hampshire's scenic Lakes Region is adding a Hematology/Oncology Physician to its dynamic, growing team. The Medical Group has a referral network of 600 employed providers, including 141 primary care providers system-wide, ensuring a strong and sustainable patient base.

About the Opportunity:

• The health system's Cancer Center is seeking two exceptional board-certified/board-eligible Medical Oncologists to play a pivotal role in developing a new medical oncology practice.
• This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of cancer care in a community with a significant and increasing need for oncology services. 
• Providers will collaborate clinically with closely aligned independent community partners in Medical and Radiation Oncology, as well as the main campus's surgical specialists, to provide state-of-the-art oncology care in Central New Hampshire.
• The Cancer Center is proudly accredited by the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer (CoC) as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Center.
• Our program delivers fully integrated, multidisciplinary cancer care, bringing together medical, radiation, and surgical oncology alongside oncology-trained nurse navigators, social workers, and nutritionists, ensuring patients receive seamless, compassionate, and cutting-edge treatment close to home.
• Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care in medical oncology and hematology, including evaluation, treatment planning, and longitudinal follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with a highly engaged multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, patient-centered cancer care.
• Actively participate in weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards and Cancer Committee initiatives.
• Contribute to program growth, quality improvement, and service line development within a respected Cancer Center.
• Engage in clinical trials and help advance innovative oncology care.
