A nonprofit 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in northwestern New Hampshire has an opening for a Medical Director. The hospital serves residents throughout the Upper Connecticut River Valley and surrounding rural communities in northern New Hampshire and Vermont. The hospital has been providing community-based healthcare for more than 120 years and is known for delivering personalized care close to home.

About the Opportunity:

• Lead our Primary Care Team of dedicated and compassionate Internists
• This role combines direct primary care with clinical leadership, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while helping guide the quality and delivery of care across our Rural Health Clinic
• The Medical Director plans, implements, and evaluates medical policies, programs, clinical procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent, high-quality care across the practice.
