A nonprofit health system in central Connecticut with a large network of outpatient practices, specialty centers, urgent-care sites, and primary-care offices throughout the region is adding a Family Medicine Physician.

About the Opportunity:

• Total outpatient in a 2 Provider established office
• 4 weeks of call per year
• 36 patient contact hours
• Average daily patient census is 18
• Robust guaranteed base salary
• Benefits include 5 days of CME per year, CT license/CT Controlled Substance/DEA reimbursed

Community/Location:

• A small, picturesque town in the lower Connecticut River Valley, 34 miles south of Hartford and minutes to the seashore.
• 2.5 hours to New York City. 80 miles to Providence, Rhode Island.
• The biggest attraction is the downtown village around Main Street. It's small enough to park and walk around, with 19th-century buildings, boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and cafés.
