A growing primary care organization with multiple locations across Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its well-established Family Practice located in a beautiful community in Northeast Massachusetts. Position Details:

• Join a supportive team of 1 physician and 1 nurse practitioner
• Outpatient-only practice with no nights, weekends, or call
• Flexible scheduling: 4 or 4.5-day work week available
• Typical schedule includes 34 patient contact hours + 6 admin hours
• Average patient census: 20 per day
• 1:1 Medical Assistant support
• Innovative AI documentation tools (Ambient & Navina) to enhance efficiency and patient focus

Requirements:

• NCCPA Certified
• 1+ Years of experience as a Physician Assistant working in primary care. Will consider PAs with 2+ years in other specialties.
• Ability and experience seeing all ages
