A South Carolina health system is adding a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to its Heart and Vascular team. The hospital is a 517-bed tertiary care level II trauma center and offers the only state-of-the-art Heart and Vascular Institute in the region.

Practice Highlights

• Join two other CT Surgeons
• Currently doing roughly 350 hearts/year
• Intensivists support
• 3 Vascular surgeons
• 15 Cardiologists (mix of General, Interventional-2 structural heart, and 2 EP)
• Robotics experience would be a plus (but not required)
• Brand-new 12-bed CVICU unit – open heart, thoracic, and vascular surgical patients
