An established, physician-owned multispecialty medical group in southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join the office practice of an experienced Family Medicine physician. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and adolescent patients under physician supervision while exercising an appropriate level of independent clinical judgment based on experience, training, and expertise.
Both experienced practitioners and highly qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Position Highlights
- Full-time schedule of 36-40 hours per week, four days per week, or part-time opportunities available (2-3 days per week)
- Thursdays off
- No nights, weekends, or hospital call
- Immediate opening with expedited onboarding and credentialing

Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services for adolescent and adult patients
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and follow-up care
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with applicable regulations
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Educate patients regarding preventive care, disease management, and healthy lifestyle practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing electronic medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Qualifications Required
- NCCPA Certification
- Current Massachusetts Physician Assistant license
- New and experienced PA's will be considered
