A well-established, value-based Internal Medicine organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its growing outpatient practice in West Orlando, Florida. With seven locations throughout Orange and Volusia Counties, this respected medical group is recognized for its collaborative team culture, exceptional patient outcomes, and outstanding provider retention.

Position Highlights

• See a manageable patient panel of 8-12 patients per day
• Focus primarily on annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care for adults ages 65+
• Occasional same-day or sick visits for established patients
• Monday through Friday schedule with daytime clinic hours
• Outpatient-only practice with no evenings, weekends, or call responsibilities
• Value-based care model serving Medicare Advantage populations, including Humana, CarePlus, and Aetna members
• Strong clinical support and collaborative care team

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for Florida licensure
• New graduates and experienced Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply
• Must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, approximately 30 minutes of the West Orlando clinic
