A Healthcare group with more than 150 employed Physicians in southeast Massachusetts has openings for Emergency Medicine Physicians. The Hospital has 217-licensed beds and an ambulatory group with 18 office locations. We have won numerous awards, including being named a top performer on Key Quality Measures by The Joint Commission, a national hospital safety score “A” rating by The Leapfrog Group, and a Top Hospital from U.S. News & World Report.

About the Opportunity:

• Primarily 8.5-hour shifts
• 15 shifts per month is considered full-time
• Flexible scheduling based on physician requests through an online scheduling platform with physician oversight (rather than a fixed block schedule)
• Join a highly collaborative and experienced Emergency Department team with an average physician tenure of more than 10 years.
• This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a well-supported, high-functioning community hospital
• Our Emergency Department cares for approximately 60,000 patient visits annually
• The department is staffed by 2 physicians on duty from 1:00 AM–7:00 AM, 84 hours of physician coverage daily, and 36 hours of physician assistant coverage daily
• High base salary plus bonus and additional pay for night shifts

• Located in southeast Massachusetts, 20 miles from Boston and 40 miles from Providence
• Less than one hour to scenic Cape Cod with top-rated beaches, parks, and trails
