• Join a team of 5 hospital medicine physicians plus a medical director at a small, acute care hospital with an open ICU.
• The team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.
• Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-on, 7-off rotation.
• The importance of spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors is a priority- the team covers for each other when anyone is out, ensuring that you can enjoy time off without worry.
• Candidates must be comfortable with vent management but are not required to do procedures.
