An established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and the largest healthcare provider in Fairfield County, CT is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director of Adult Medicine. About the opportunity:

• Total outpatient – 40% administrative and 60% patient care
• Work closely with Operations and Nursing to support clinicians, clinical teams, and site leadership/management teams (including Nurse Manager and Practice Manager) in overseeing the day-to-day administration and delivery of patient care.
• Work with Nursing and Operations leadership to guide clinicians and staff across assigned locations.
• Patient-Centered Medical Home
