Enterprise Medical is partnering with a nationally recognized health system to welcome an internal medicine physician to a growing practice in a bayfront community in Northern Wisconsin near Duluth, MN.

Position Highlights:

• Physician-led, professionally managed organization
• Clinic-only practice (possibility of working hospitalist shifts if desired)
• Flexible and adjustable hours to support work-life balance
• ZERO Call! All after hours call (not including OB, hospital and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a separate call team.
• Supported by hospitalists and elder care team for long-term care facilities
• Full-service clinic includes: laboratory, radiology (general radiology, 3D Mammography, MRI, CT), and retail pharmacy (includes medication management).
• 6 weeks of PTO
• $323,000 base salary plus potential bonuses, quality incentives, paid malpractice and comprehensive benefits package.
