We’re seeking a Family Medicine physician with OB training to become part of a dedicated team at a well-established rural clinic in northwest Iowa—conveniently located just one hour from both Sioux City, IA, and Sioux Falls, SD.

This traditional, full-spectrum role offers a dynamic mix of outpatient care, inpatient rounding, obstetrics, and ER backup—perfect for a family medicine physician who wants to fully utilize their broad training in a meaningful way.

Position Highlights

• $326,000 base salary plus full benefits and 401(k) with employer match
• $100,000 retention bonus
• Join a team of 5 OB-trained physicians and 7 APPs (4 based in clinic)
• C-section capability is a plus; 3 physicians currently perform C-sections alongside a general surgeon
• Mix of clinic, hospital inpatient, and ER back-up (APPs take first call in ED)
• OB required; C-sections preferred to allow a senior physician to reduce procedural responsibilities
• Average 18–24 patients/day in clinic
• 160 OB deliveries per year
• Average inpatient census of 12–15
• 1:5 call schedule
