Position Details

Setting: 100% Outpatient – Adult Medicine (18+)

Schedule: Monday-Wednesday & Friday-Flexible scheduling options

Call: No call required

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients ages 18+
• Conduct routine physical exams and health assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment, education, and care plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment

Qualifications

Education: NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant

Licensure: Eligible for or active Connecticut PA license

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a primary care or outpatient setting required
