A large, physician-owned multispecialty medical group in southeastern Massachusetts seeks a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join an established Internal Medicine practice in Westport, MA.
This position is ideally part-time (3–4 days per week) with no nights, weekends, or holiday call. For candidates seeking full-time (40-hour) employment, a hybrid role may be available, consisting of three days in one practice and two days in another primary care office. This opportunity is well-suited for an Adult Nurse Practitioner or a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Practice independently under a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician
- Assume responsibility for patient care consistent with experience, training, and confidence
- Utilize evidence-based clinical guidelines and best practices
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Schedule & Onboarding
- Flexible part-time schedule (3–4 days per week)

- Licensure, onboarding, and insurance credentialing support provided
- Early onboarding may begin promptly, including EMR training
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Adult NP or Family NP certification
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently
