Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting an expanding group of 15+ physicians and 8+ APP's in Dallas Texas with the recruitment of a Spanish-speaking Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. The group caters to female patients, providing top-notch primary and obstetric care in 13 offices in and around Dallas.

Highlights

• Will be building the pediatrics practice and will take time to ramp up
• Volume: start around 10 patients/day, goal is up to 25 patients/day over the next 6-12 months
• Enjoy a predictable Monday through Friday schedule
• MUST speak Spanish, approx. 30-40% of patients are Spanish-speaking

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $105k, expected $130k total compensation with bonuses
• Comprehensive benefit package includes health, dental, vision, malpractice, 4 weeks vacation/CME, $2000 CME, and 401K with a 4% match
