Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a Rural Health Clinic in La Grande, Oregon with the recruitment of a full-time BC/BE Pediatrician to join their hospital-employed team. This is the perfect opportunity for a physician who enjoys the outdoors, small town living and has a passion for rural healthcare!

Opportunity Highlights

• Join 4 Pediatricians and 2 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners
• Work four 10-hour days per week
• Average 15-20 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic equipped with Epic EMR and on site lab

Recruitment Package

• Total compensation $305,000+ 
• RVU production bonuses and up to $30,000 in quality incentives
• $40,000 commencement bonus
