Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a Rural Health Clinic in La Grande, Oregon with the recruitment of a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for their hospital-employed team. This is the perfect opportunity for a provider who enjoys the outdoors, small town living and has a passion for rural healthcare!

Opportunity Highlights

• Join 4 Pediatricians and 2 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners
• Work four 10-hour days per week
• Average 15-20 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic equipped with Epic EMR and on site lab

Requirements

• MUST have more than 1 year of Pediatric NP experience (outside of clinicals)
• Nurse Practitioner Certification
• Current RN licensure, APRN license, and DEA

Recruitment Package

• Base salary $146,000+ with production bonuses and up to $13,500 in quality incentives
• $20,000 commencement bonus plus relocation assistance
