A federally qualified healthcare system is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Practice Overview
- Join a collaborative provider group of 15 clinicians across two locations, with a third location opening within the next year
- Average 18–20 patients per day
- Mission-driven organization with a strong focus on community health
Schedule & Call
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- One late evening shift per week, 11:00AM-8:00 PM
- Saturday clinic (9:00 AM–2:00 PM) required once every 2–3 months
- Hours worked on Saturday are deducted from the work week
- Minimal phone call-Taken the week with Saturday coverage
Compensation
- Strong salary based on experience

- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- NP experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered
