A well-established, 50-year-old Federally Qualified Community Health Center with three clinics in Santa Cruz, California, is seeking family medicine physicians. The group is seeking a family medicine physician to serve as a core faculty member in its brand-new family medicine residency program.

About the Opportunity

• Clinics are open Monday – Thursday, 8A to 8P; 8A to 5P on Friday
• About 60% of the position will involve resident supervision and other scholarly activities
• 40% will pertain to managing the care of your own patients.
• Work one late evening per week, along with occasional Saturdays.
• OMT skills would be desired, but not a must
• EPIC EHR
• Spanish-speaking a plus
• Integrated care team model with nurses, medical assistants, chiropractors, and case managers

Financial Package

• Compensation ranges up to $277K, depending upon training and experience level.
