A respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its Inpatient Hospital ICU team in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Join a collaborative team of 4 Critical Care Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner
• Provide advanced clinical care for critically ill patients in the ICU alongside Pulmonology/Critical Care Physicians
• Perform ICU procedures with extensive training provided over several months
• Work within a 12‑bed CVICU and 12‑bed Medical/Surgical ICU
• Average 5 patients per shift
• Flexible scheduling including 8‑, 12‑, or 24‑hour shifts
• Includes a mix of weekday, night, evening, and weekend shifts
• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus available

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, licensure, shift structure, and related factors. A comprehensive benefits package is offered to all team members and providers.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• NCCPA Certified
• 1–3 years of Acute Care or Intensive Care experience as a Physician Assistant
