A busy community practice in southwestern Vermont is adding an Internal Medicine physician to our growing team of Physicians and Nurse Practitioners. This group is Recognized by the NCQA as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home.

About this Opportunity

• 34 patient contact hours; average daily patient census is 13-20
• Call 1:6; Total outpatient with NO hospital work
• Region-leading compensation plan
• Partnership consideration after 2 years (24 partners in the group)
