Established hospital-based Infectious Disease practice in Queens, New York, is seeking a BC/BE Infectious Disease physician to join a growing team of three. Opportunity to support inpatient coverage, expand outpatient services, and build toward a long-term partnership.

Highlights

• Inpatient-focused consult service
• 20-25 patients per day (capped)
• 1:4 weekend call + light weekday ER call
• NP and Virtual MA support
• Strong referral base (hospitalists, ICU, surgical teams; Northwell & Optum relationships)
• Optional teaching opportunities

Compensation

• $300k Salary
• 25-30% productivity bonus
• Partnership after 3 years (sweat equity, no buy-in)
• CME, relocation potential
• W2 or 1099 options available
