Join a large, newly remodeled Family Medicine clinic that is part of a respected, integrated health system with locations across South and North Dakota. We are seeking Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about providing high-quality care in a rural setting in Northeast South Dakota. New and experienced providers will be considered.

Practice Details:

• Schedule: 4-day work week
• Patient Volume: Average of 12–15 patients per day
• Team includes 1 MD and 2 APPs
• Traditional outpatient clinic duties with inpatient rounding, including periodic nursing home visits and ER call
• Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation
• Emergency Room: Ranked in the 95th percentile for Patient Satisfaction (Press Ganey)

• Full Lab and Pharmacy
• Radiology with updated suites, including:
• 64-slice CT
• Digital Mammography
• DEXA
• Ultrasound
• Mobile MRI and Nuclear Medicine
• Clinic is attached to a 25-bed critical access hospital, offering convenient access for patients from nearby lake communities.
