A forward-thinking, financially sound healthcare system in central Illinois is adding an ENT/Otolaryngologist an established/busy practice . Huge need in the market. You will walk into an established patient base and in-house referrals offering an exciting practice opportunity from day one!

Details:

• Join 4 board-certified ENTs and 2 Nurse Practitioners
• Fellowship training welcomed
• Call 1:4
• $600,000 base salary + RVU production bonus (uncapped) 
• $75,000 signing bonus 
• $60,000 retention bonus ($20,000 paid at the end of year 1,2,3) 
• Quality bonus potential 10% of base salary with a max of $50,000

• Strong pension plan 
• PTO 33 days (264 hours) – over 6-weeks!
• CME 5 days (40 hours) + $6,000 annually 
• Paid malpractice with tail
