Community Health Center, with 20 Providers in western Massachusetts, is adding a pediatric nurse practitioner to its team. Join one of the premier healthcare organizations in Western Massachusetts and serve a diverse population with 3 locations.

Practice Information:

• Monday – Friday workweek
• Total outpatient
• Shared call-phone call only
• EPIC EMR
• State-of-the-art pharmacy, WIC nutrition program, on-site Wellness Center
• Residency teaching option

Who we are seeking:

• Current Massachusetts NP licensure and /or eligibility for certification.
• Current Mass CSR and DEA licenses
• Certification in Family Practice, Adult, or Pediatric.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including physicians, nursing staff, social workers, and case managers.
• Previous experience in ambulatory care and/or public health is preferred
• Demonstrate proficiency in the assessment and delivery of family planning services to a diverse population.
• Desirable: Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Nepali, Vietnamese
• Special expertise in the provision of health care to underserved, culturally diverse populations
