Compensation/Benefits

• First-year guaranteed salary based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two
• Pay range from $815,580 to $881,708
• Relocation expenses covered, including packing: up to $20,000
• Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years

 Position Overview

• Full-time position
• One-year physician partnership track for US candidates
• Physician leaders and decision-makers at all levels of the organization
• Join two existing surgeons and four experienced APPs.
• Time off: up to 11 weeks (for full-time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status) of time off
• Call is equally shared among surgeons.
• Established busy practice with experienced APPs and support staff.
