This non-profit multi-specialty medical group with a 160-bed acute care community hospital is adding an additional Internal Medicine physician. We are taking part in an innovative program to improve primary care for our patients by working to become an Advanced Primary Care Practice, also known as a “Patient-Centered Medical Home.”
