An independent, not-for-profit health system in Northeast Oregon is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner to join its dedicated and collegial team. This 501(c)3 organization includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics, serving a regional population of approximately 25,000 residents.

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent role
• Flexible scheduling with 10–12 hour shifts
• Average 15–20 patients per day
• Scribe provided for providers averaging 15+ patients daily
• On-site X-ray and 6 exam rooms
• EPIC EMR
• Requires at least 1 year of NP experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation opportunity of $173,000+
• RVU production bonus based on annual threshold
• Up to $18,500 annually in quality incentives
• $20,000 commencement bonus
• $8,000 annual CME allowance (includes licensing, dues, subscriptions) + paid CME time
