A busy, not-for-profit, Baby-Friendly Hospital in Chico, California, is adding a BC/BE pediatrician to its pediatric hospitalist team!

Practice Highlights

  • Roughly Ten 24-hour shifts per month (12 hrs in-house & 12 hrs of backup call from home)
  • 6-bed Level II NICU and 5-bed Pediatric unit
  • A dedicated inpatient team of 4 Pediatricians and 2 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners

Recruitment Package

  • Shift-based compensation with quality metric bonuses
  • $60,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation assistance
  • Employees receive a full benefits package that includes health insurance, 3 retirement plans (Safe Harbor 401k, 401k profit-sharing retirement plan, and employer-funded cash balance plan), the hospital is not-for-profit and qualifies for PSLF, CME allowance, paid malpractice, and much more
