• Multidisciplinary collaboration: Rad Onc, Oncology, Pathology, and Radiology
• Guaranteed surgical volumes – established referrals
• PA on-staff to perform follow-ups
• Blocked OR and procedure time
• $600K Compensation (base salary plus production)
